Jana is inspired by Janus, the Roman god of duality and transitions, embodying both past and future.

This two-headed feline form explores identity, inner conflict, and transformation. The needle felted piece, made of merino wool, rests on an antique wood vase base, part of the artist collection, that has been customised adding black felted wool on its surface.

Jana stands as a surreal relic, an invitation to consider the layers within ourselves and the blurred line between reality and imagination.
