Description

The "Ostrich Feather Tickler with O'Ring Choker”
groups two Betony Vernon's classical jewels to combine all together or wear separately. The "Ostrich Feather Tickler" hook is made to be attached
to the "O'Ring Choker Medium" necklace.

It was designed by Betony Vernon in 1996 and continues to seduce BV collectors today. Fabricated using multiple lost wax elements, the anatomic Sterling Silver 925 handle is crowned with a feather bouquet composed of two extra long premium quality Ostrich
Feathers. All materials were carefully chosen to insure the provision of a lifetime of elegance and sweet sensations too. Worn in combination with the
"O'Ring Choker Medium", it multiplies the power of the feathers tickler to play with the imagination of the wearer. The "O'Ring Choker Medium" is a classical piece of jewellery which can be worn separately
thanks to the hook mechanism attached to the "Ostrich Feather Tickler".

How to Adorn: The "Ostrich Feather Tickler with O'Ring Choker" is a sensational couture piece. It can be enjoyed in and beyond the boudoir with elegance and ease. When used to provide sensations, there is
not a single area of the body that will not enjoy being caressed with the Ostrich Feathers.

Note: See chapter 13 - The Touch of a Feather in Vernon's book The Boudoir Bible for a full initiation to sensual tickling.

About The Designer

Betony Vernon is renown for pioneering a fine jewellery range that explores the possibility of adorning one’s body with objects that can also be used for sensual pleasure.

The Paradise Found concept evolved organically from Vernon’s hugely popular "O-Ring" collection that launched in 1992. Subsequently Vernon realised that the luxury market did not consider the need for objects that were respectful to the sacred art of loving. She conceived that her jewelry could fulfill this purpose.

Vernon is a skilled artisan and personally crafts the prototypes and one-of-a-kind objects in her collections. BV limited editions are made exclusively in Italy employing artisanal techniques such as lost-wax casting, chiseling and hollow ware fabrication.

Betony Vernon jewellery is hand-crafted in 18-Karat gold and sterling silver 925. The works may be embellished with precious or semi-precious stones, hand carved wood, Italian leather, feathers, marble or Venetian blown glass. All materials used to create Betony Vernon jewellery designs are natural and conflict free.

Vernon started designing jewellery in 1986. She taught jewellery making in Florence, Italy from 1990 to 1994 when she moved to Milan to obtain a masters degree in industrial design at Domus Academy.

Over the past 30 years she has created numerous themed collections featuring various jewellery designs and objets d’art inspired by world religion, art and eroticism.
