Material: Straw, sequins, veil, felt, lights, battery pack. Silk lining. Straw base covered with sequins.  Sign with light up lettering - 3 speeds: slow flash, fast flash and solid. 
Small battery pack fitted inside had which takes 2 x AA battery.  Silk lined with hair comb and elastic to fit around back of head.

Battery operated: Fitted with small lithium battery inside with 3 flashing speeds, solid, slow, fast.

One size - fitted with hat elastic
